Hello, my name's Adrian

I’m a British writer and actor best known for playing Aragorn in the cult 2009 Tolkien fan film The Hunt for Gollum, a production that gained international attention for its ambitious filmmaking, loyal fan following, and millions of online views. Created by a volunteer team on an ultra-low budget, the film became one of the most widely recognised independent fantasy fan projects of its era.

Today, my focus is on science-fiction writing and the development of my debut novel, Incursion: Earth. Combining grounded realism with large-scale speculative ideas, the story explores humanity under pressure as Earth faces a transformative and existential incursion event.

My storytelling is shaped by a lifelong love of mythic journeys, atmospheric world-building, and character-driven narratives that blur the line between the intimate and the epic.

Incursion: Earth

My work in progress debut novel...

In a future where humanity has fled to the stars, survival rests with the elite Cy-clone marines of the ship Mother. Engineered through gene-graft therapy and cyborg integration, these warriors are "fired like bullets" through space-time rifts to defend Earth’s final bastions—the hidden cloning stations—from an unrelenting alien scourge. For soldiers like Shepherd, death is a tactical loop; the Black Box technology ensures that even a fatal mission is merely the beginning of their next model's service.

However, the latest drop into Earth's past fractures more than just the timeline. When their commanding officer goes missing in action and a haunting, sentient entity known as the Black Mass begins to stir, the squad is forced to confront the psychological cost of their existence. As Shepherd leads his team through the ruins of a forgotten world, they must navigate the volatile phenomenon of futurrection, where the line between man, machine, and a parasitic ancient force begins to blur.
